More About Me

Alex Daredia is the kind of real estate agent clients might draw up on a storyboard. Not only is he well versed in the ins and outs of the increasingly complicated real estate world, but  Alex has years of experience in the finance, banking, and people side of the business. This serves both him and his clients through the negotiation, purchase, and loan portions of a real estate transaction.

Alex grew up in Visalia and Hanford and has had a front-row seat in the San Joaquin Valley’s stunning growth over the last 25 years. After receiving a full scholarship to Cal State Long Beach, Alex graduated with honors and a degree in HR. He started as a teller with Wells Fargo, was promoted to Personal Banker and after four years became a Business Banker which led him to shepherding more complicated business transactions.

Century 21 recruited him for his go-getter skills and indefatigable work ethic.  Alex was No. 1 in company-wide sales in 2022  out of more than 600 agents and has been a Centurion Award Winner. He specializes in probate sales and has become an expert in relocations, rentals and clients looking to build an investment portfolio.

Alex is fluent in both English and Hindi and has earned a perfect five-star rating with Zillow.  One client said:

“Alex was extremely helpful, and took the worry out of finding the perfect home to suit our needs.  His knowledge of the area was top notch as was his communication.  The process was smooth from start to finish. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the Bakersfield area!”

Alex and his wife Fahra have a daughter Aliahra.  Fahra works at the Kern County Library where Alex also volunteers.  They enjoy hiking together, reading, listening to audiobooks, traveling, supporting new restaurants, and being parents.
